Robert Clark is a 1987 alumni of Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. He specializes in synergistically connecting accredited investors with entrepreneurs. His goal is to help expose accredited investors to opportunities with transparency being the number one characteristic. He has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience through owning and building two companies from the ground up. He founded Clark Angel Network two years ago in the Northeast Indiana region where he worked with the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center. To grow his network Robert has partnered with David Clark and re-branded it to Indiana Angel Network. The reason for bringing Indiana Angel Network to Indianapolis is to create a foundation of expertise, resources and capital to help Indiana entrepreneurs be successful. In addition, he personally strives to keep the level of standards, ethics, decorum and integrity very high to facilitate growth. He has advised, counseled and partnered with many entrepreneurs and businesses. He has made selective investments in start-ups, early stage and established companies.
David Clark is an alumni of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He specializes in leading missionary business ventures to success regardless of the economic environment, market conditions or competition. His experience includes nurturing start-ups and early stage companies, entering new vertical markets or geographies, launching new products and services, accelerating revenue growth, optimizing sales, and identifying and qualifying acquisition candidates. His experience includes 20 years of service in “Corporate America” with companies such as Mellon Bank and Ernst & Young. He has gained entrepreneurial experience through building two companies from the ground up, counseling numerous entrepreneurs and businesses, and making selective investments in start-up and early stage companies. David’s entrepreneurial accomplishments have earned him a Growth 100 Award from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, a nomination for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, a segment on Inside Indiana Business, and a featured article in e-Week Magazine.
